Create Graphs: MammOnc-DB export heatmap β†’ Plotly

I can render the heatmap in Plotly only if you provide the actual MammOnc-DB heatmap export data (e.g., a CSV/TSV/JSON export containing the matrix values and row/column labels). Right now, no export file or raw matrix was included, so I can’t truthfully draw any heatmap cells.

What I need from you (choose one)

    • Upload the MammOnc-DB heatmap export file (CSV/TSV/JSON) via BGPT’s β€œUpload Files”.
    • Or paste the exported data here (including row/column labels).
    • If you already have it exported as a matrix: paste exactly the grid and the corresponding row names and column names.

Minimal required structure for a Plotly heatmap

The export must allow me to determine:
    • Z: a 2D numeric array (matrix values).
    • X labels: column identifiers (samples/conditions/markers/etc.).
    • Y labels: row identifiers (genes/features/clusters/etc.).
    • Optional but useful: whether values are log-scaled, and the colorbar range (min/max) if provided by MammOnc-DB.

Plotly heatmap renderer (will run once you paste/upload the export)

This agent will iteratively read your MammOnc-DB heatmap export (once you upload/paste it), verify matrix dimensions, then render a rigorous Plotly heatmap (no fabricated data).

     Analysis Wizard

It will read your exported heatmap file into a numeric matrix with row/column labels, validate dimensions, then produce Plotly-ready arrays (Z, X, Y) for rendering.
