Create Graphs: Plot cho1 delta vs WT EM counts

I can’t plot this yet because your message doesn’t include the actual numeric dataset for WT EM counts and the corresponding cho1 delta values (e.g., a table/CSV or pasted rows). BGPT must use your provided raw values; I will not invent data.

What I need from you (raw data)

Please provide one of the following:

    1. A pasted table with two columns: WT_EM_counts and cho1_delta (same row-pairing for each replicate/condition).
    2. A CSV snippet (copy/paste) containing those two columns.
    3. An uploaded file (CSV/TSV/Excel) that includes those columns.

Minimum requirements: at least 2 paired points (WT_EM_counts[i], cho1_delta[i]).

How the plot will be generated (once data is provided)

    • Scatter plot: x = WT EM counts, y = cho1 delta (points = replicates/conditions).
    • A trend line will be shown only if you want it (optional), and I’ll report the method (e.g., linear fit) and diagnostic notes.
    • Axes will be fully labeled and units will be used if you supply them.

     Analysis Wizard

It will load your provided paired WT_EM_counts and cho1_delta table, validate numeric ranges, compute summary stats, then render a labeled scatter plot of cho1_delta vs WT_EM_counts.
