     Long Response

Create Graphs (T1 distributions + DCFDA changes) β€” blocked by missing raw preprint data
I can’t plot T1 distributions or DCFDA changes without the actual preprint raw data (or the exact numeric values extracted from the preprint figures/tables). Right now, no dataset/CSV/XLSX or figure data was provided in your message.
What I need from you (choose one)
    • Upload a CSV/XLSX containing per-cell (or per-sample) T1 and DCFDA measurements from the preprint.
    • Or paste a table with the exact columns below.
    • Or upload the PDF and tell me which preprint (title/DOI/arXiv) and where the T1 + DCFDA data are (figure/table numbers).
    Required columns (minimum)
    Column Meaning Example (structure only)
treatment Group label (e.g., pre/post or control/treated) "Control" / "DrugA"
timepoint β€œpre” vs β€œpost” (or time value) "pre" / "post"
    T1 T1 numeric measurement (per cell/sample) float
DCFDA DCFDA intensity/metric (per cell/sample) float
sample_id (optional but strongly recommended) Replicate ID for variance/robust stats "rep1" / "rep2"
If your preprint reports DCFDA change already (e.g., delta or fold-change), include that column too; otherwise I will compute change only if the pre/post pairing is unambiguous.
Planned plots (will render immediately after you provide data)
    • T1 distributions: per-group histogram + KDE-like smoothed density (or violin if per-cell data is dense).
    • DCFDA changes: distribution of (post βˆ’ pre) and/or fold-change, with robust summary (median + IQR) by group.
    • Optional: scatter linking baseline (pre) vs change for paired samples (if sample_id is present).
Note on evidence/epistemics: I’m not generating any hypothetical or simulated β€œexample” values. Once you provide the preprint’s actual numeric data, I’ll plot the requested distributions and compute DCFDA changes only under clearly stated pairing rules.

     Analysis Wizard

It loads your uploaded preprint CSV, validates required columns, computes DCFDA change from pre/post, then generates T1 and DCFDA-change distribution plots grouped by treatment, saving figures.
