Create Graphs: ENU screen pipeline β†’ zebrafish seizure-resistance counts

Blocker (data needed to draw graphs): your request specifies a graphing target, but no raw counts (or files with those counts) were provided for the ENU pipeline and zebrafish seizure-resistance readout.

I therefore cannot lawfully β€œcreate graphs” of the seizure-resistance counts yet without either:
    1. a table/CSV you upload that includes the per-line/per-group seizure-resistance counts, or
    2. at least the exact numbers you want plotted (including denominators, e.g., number tested per mutant line/group).

What I need from you (minimal, unambiguous)

Please provide one of the following:
    • Upload a CSV/TSV containing columns like: ENU_line (or mutant ID), tested_n, seizure_resistant_n (and optionally seizure_susceptible_n), plus any grouping variables (e.g., dosage/replicate/batch).
    • Or paste the counts as text in the same structure.
If your assay reports a score or a threshold-defined classification (e.g., β€œresistant if score ≀ X”), tell me the exact rule and threshold.

Once counts are provided, I will generate (ready-to-interpret) graphs

    • Graph 1 (core): Bar chart of seizure-resistant proportion per ENU line/group with denominator-aware labeling.
    • Graph 2: Scatter/strip plot of resistant_n vs tested_n (optionally colored by replicate/batch).
    • Graph 3 (pipeline framing): Funnel-like β€œpipeline retention” plot if you have intermediate stages (e.g., screened β†’ phenotyped β†’ classified).
    • Graph 4: Distribution of proportions (histogram/violin) across lines.
No simulated data will be used; every point/bar will be computed directly from your uploaded/pasted raw counts.

    Upload button (recommended)

Click Upload Files in BGPT, then provide the ENU screen output counts table (CSV/TSV). After that, I will render the Plotly graphs.
This will iteratively extract/organize whatever raw counts you have available in-session, then render the seizure-resistance count graphs once the needed numeric fields are identified.

     Analysis Wizard

This code will validate the uploaded counts table, compute seizure-resistance proportions per ENU group, attach confidence intervals from the provided denominators, and output Plotly-ready series for rendering graphs.
